All you need to know about Rooibos tea

Bio Kyosun Rooibos contains the entire “leaf” in ground form, not soaked in the traditional way. Thus, a cup of ground rooibos tea gives your body ten times more antioxidants than a cup of tea made in the traditional way. Rooibos contains no caffeine at all. Relieves stress, has a slightly sweet caramel or walnut aroma. In addition to the high antioxidant content, minerals are also found in rooibos. Due to its lower tannin content, it does not taste bitter. Its fine, powdery form gives you the opportunity to experiment. You can make a variety of drinks as well as snacks by adding a pinch of rooibos. It can be added to smoothies, creams, puddings, pasta, raw, vegan, low carb recipes, or even alcoholic beverages.

Matcha vs. Kyosun Rooibos tea

Bio Kyosun Rooibos vs. Matcha tea

Consumption of Matcha is not recommended on an empty stomach as it may cause nausea. In contrast, rooibos can be consumed at any time, even immediately after waking up. Rooibos can also be consumed before going to bed. It promotes good quality sleep, and can even help with insomnia. With Bio Kyosun Rooibos, you can easily relieve stress. Rooibos is especially suitable for those who are sensitive to caffeine or theanine. When you need lots of energy, you can make Matcha tea.

Where is Bio Kyosun Rooibos grown?

Bio Kyosun Rooibos tea is grown in the Cederberg Mountains of South Africa. This is the only place where rooibos grows.

Directions for Use

Rooibos does not contain caffeine, allergens or any other substance that would limit its consumption. You can enjoy any amount of red tea day & night.
